The company was founded in 1976 by Walter Fiebig, telecommunications master, in Frankfurt. The company grew steadily and specialized from the 90’s onwards on solutions for both call centers and contact centers for major customers. Since 1998, the company has been operating in its own building in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen, thousands of car and train drivers “come by” every day. FIEBIG takes up the trend of artificial intelligence (AI) at an early stage and is currently one of the leading system integrators for AI in Germany. FIEBIG ideally combines the experience of more than 40 years with the spirit of a startup.
