The MS Teams Sync application is an ideal addition to the CcaaS platform Genesys Cloud.
The Genesys Cloud platform helps customer service employees to efficiently manage the daily processing of requests and complaints across all channels. However, employees are not separated from communication within the company. Daily reality is often the barely manageable juggling between incoming external calls via the Genesys Cloud and internal calls from colleagues via MS Teams.
This is why FIEBIG has developed the MS Teams Presence Sync for the customer service platform Genesys Cloud. Goal is to prevent a user from receiving a call via MS Teams in case he already has an ongoing call in Genesys Cloud or vice versa. Therefore, the presence status of a user is monitored both in MS Teams and in Genesys Cloud.

FIEBIG Snippet Recording für Genesys Cloud
The FIEBIG Snippet Recording offers new possibilities for call recording in Genesys Cloud by allowing employees to manually control recordings.
This means that specific snippets of calls can be recorded (provided the call participants have agreed), for example for quality assurance or verification purposes.
With the integrated ruleset, recordings can be started or stopped automatically while employees are authorized to influence recordings according to the ruleset.
